HEAD CHEF/aboutSwedish chefSwedish Chef was born in Baltimore Maryland on March 25, 1984, and he was interested in cooking ever since he made his first pancake. On May 12, 2002, Swedish chef started the Redwood Restaurant at the corner of Redwood ave. and Rose Garden Place. Our spectacular menu became an instant success. Now, his restaurant is all over Maryland, and neighboring states. We have been recognized by the New York Times, and many other local magazines.
